The European Parliament and the Parliament of the Republic of Moldova signed the updated Memorandum of Understanding on the Common Framework for Parliamentary Democracy.

I was pleased to attend the signing of the updated Memorandum of Understanding on the Common Framework for Parliamentary Democracy between the two parliaments. The agreement will strengthen interinstitutional cooperation, support the reform efforts necessary for European integration, and improve the efficiency of legislative and administrative activities. Study visits, training programmes, and professional development initiatives will also be organized.
